The Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) recently revealed that investments in Bahrain’s tourism infrastructure have reached over $13 billion.

The figure covers 14 prominent projects that will further boost growth in the Kingdom’s tourism and leisure sector.

Saudi Arabia’s Finance Ministry on Monday stated that it has approved SAR 851 million loan for 12 health, education and hospitality projects.

This comes within the framework of strengthening the services provided to citizens, through promoting the role of the private sector in the development sectors.

تستعد القوات الأفغانية لشن هجوم واسع النطاق ضد تنظيم داعش الذي يضم مقاتلين أجانب، بينهم فرنسيون، في شمال البلاد، حسبما أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الأفغانية.
وقال المتحدث باسم الوزارة الجنرال دولت وزيري «نعد لعملية ضد (داعش) في ولايات ساريبول وفرياب وجوزجان».
وأضاف: «نعلم أن هناك مقاتلين أجانب لكننا سنقضي عليهم أياً كانت جنسياتهم».

A Tunisian soldier was killed and six others injured when a landmine exploded on Monday followed by a fire exchange with a terror group in the central region of western Tunisia, Colonel Belhassen al-Waslati, spokesman for the Tunisian Ministry of Defense, said.

قالت جمعية خيرية لرعاية الحيوانات اليوم (الثلاثاء) إن كلباً تايلاندياً أصبح الأول في العالم الذي يحصل على ساقين اصطناعيتين، بتقنية عالية وشفرات من المواد نفسها التي تستخدم للعدائين المشاركين بأولمبياد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (الألعاب البارالمبية).
وتم تركيب الساقين للكلب كولا، وهو كلب تايلاندي مختلط السلالة عمره عامان، في أول ديسمبر (كانون الأول) الحالي، وبدأ يركض بعد ذلك بخمس دقائق فقط، وفقاً لما ذكرته مؤسسة «سوي دوج» الخيرية في جزيرة بوكيت.
