Saudi Council of Senior Scholars: Judge Jirani’s Murder Reveals Danger of Terrorists
The Saudi Council of Senior Scholars condemned on Monday the terrorist murder of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jirani, judge at the Endowments and Inheritance Department.
It said in a statement that the crime is condemned in the strongest of terms, noting that it reveals the danger of the terrorists and the ugliness of their criminality.
The hand of justice and security will capture them, it vowed, while asserting that the people of Saudi Arabia stand united behind their leadership, security forces and soldiers against anyone who means them harm.

King Salman Delivers Message to Emir of Kuwait
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman sent on Sunday a message to the Emir of Kuwait on latest regional developments.
The message was delivered to Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah by Saudi Royal Diwan aide Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahed bin Abdulaziz.
Prince Turki was received by Sheikh Sabah at the Seif Palace in Kuwait.

WHO: 99.7% of Cholera Cases Healed in Yemen
The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced that 99.7 percent of suspected cholera patients, who have access to health services, are still alive.
Some 10 days ago, the organization warned that the number of suspected cases could hit one million.
Field wise, the Yemeni army cleared al-Ajashar camp located in al-Jawf province, capturing coup militiamen.
On another scope, reports came in on militias failing to storm a village of al-Zoob in Al Bayda Governorate.

Life-Insurance Contract Exempted from VAT
Value Added Tax (VAT) Implementing Regulations determined the method of implementing the tax on insurance sector, in which life-insurance contracts were exempted from VAT that will be executed in the kingdom starting January.
According to the implementing regulations, all insurance products and contracts in the kingdom are subject to a five percent tax except for life-insurance contracts.
Activities that are included in the VAT such as insurance contracts and products are classified by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority as general insurance or health insurance.

أصدر خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز، أمره بترقية وتعيين (56) قاضياً بوزارة العدل في مختلف درجات السلك القضائي، حيث شمل الأمر الملكي الكريم ترقية (26) قاضياً في مختلف درجات السلك القضائي، وتعيين (30) قاضياً.

قالت وزارة النفط العراقية اليوم (الجمعة)، إن توتال مهتمة بتطوير حقل مجنون النفطي في جنوب العراق الذي تخطط «شل» للتخارج منه.
